How is a Public Adjuster different from an insurance company adjuster?
A Public Adjuster represents the interests of you, the insured. Your insurance company’s adjuster represents the interests of your insurance company. Your insurance company’s adjuster is an employee of the insurance company, was trained by the insurance company, and their job is to look out for the insurance company’s bottom line. As your hired Public Adjuster, ACI Adjustment Group will negotiate on your behalf to make sure your claim is handled fairly by your insurance company.
